I don't think our head admin has had a chance to look into it at this time. When he gets a chance to look into he will, please be patient we realize that =CEF= on our servers regularly it with real life and during the week things do not move fast.

i just tried and it says at ip 99.176.53.149 banned permanent

SeaBee you might check to see if there is a ban on the other GUID as it has also used the IP Kiss_Army is getting kicked for. Those are the only two GUIDs that have used that IP.

i do not see it in the ban list i been thru it 4 times now make sure you are logging into the right server

You might try cycling power on your modem (turn of for a minute or so) in order to get a new IP. Then try again.
